By downloading, installing, or using the OneTV app ("the service"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

• Use the app only to control TVs you have the legal right to use.
• Do not tamper with, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to exploit the service for unauthorized purposes.
• Do not use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

3. TV compatibility

OneTV supports many popular TV brands. However, manufacturers may change TV software at any time, which can affect compatibility. We do not guarantee that every TV model or software version is supported. TV brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Service changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; new versions take effect when posted on this page.

7. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.
